I am honored to join forces with Knockout, LA's first Self Discovery studio, for a 3 month residency! yes and yay!! if you've been wanting more BlissPoint, you got it!

We will kick off the season with a 2 hour BlissPoint Deep Dive workshop to crack open our hearts on feb 13th at 7:45 pm. yes, just in time for valentines! whether you're single or in it, this evening will expand the love on all fronts.

Once a month, beginning on Saturday the 24th at 7:30pm, i will be facilitating an alternative saturday evening for all of you - breathwork into movement- BlissPoint MVMNT. yes i will be extending my sets so that you can go deep and then get down. celebration at it's sweetest.
