Lisa has been a guiding presence at all ten editions of Harvest Kaplankaya, a curated gathering built around dialogue, storytelling, and the conditions for genuine human change.

Six Senses Kaplankaya

Kaplankaya sits on a secluded stretch of the Aegean coast in Turkey's Mugla province, surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees, and open sea. Six Senses is known for its commitment to wellness and immersive natural environments — a 10,000 square-metre spa, private beaches, organic dining, and trails through the surrounding landscape. Every room faces panoramic Aegean views.

The remoteness is part of what makes it work. There is no easy distraction, no pull back to the ordinary. Just the sea, the landscape, and the quality of attention that arrives when the world goes quiet.

What we'll work with

Three interwoven approaches

  • Blisspoint breathwork journeys. Sessions that work with what the body holds: repressed emotions, nervous system patterns, and the resistance beneath the surface. Each journey creates space for something to shift.
  • Coaching and deep inquiry. We work with the beliefs, emotions, and patterns at the root of how you experience your life. Going deeper than the presenting story to what is actually driving it.
  • Movement. Somatic and freestyle sessions that free up stuck energy in the body, restore flow, and reconnect you to your aliveness and innate joy. The body is where insight becomes experience.

How the days unfold

Arrival day
Land and settle
Welcome and orientation. Time to arrive fully, begin settling into the environment, and meet the group. An opening circle to set intentions and begin exploring your why for being here.
Day 1
The body knows
Morning hike and nature immersion to begin waking up the body and settling the mind. Afternoon breathwork journey followed by coaching integration and group inquiry, exploring what you are actually carrying and beginning to get clear on what you are here to create.
Day 2
Turning insight into wisdom
Morning movement session followed by a deeper breathwork journey in the afternoon. Space opens for visioning, receiving insights, and exploring what a life in alignment with the truth of who you are actually looks and feels like. Coaching and integration woven throughout.
Day 3
Integration
Morning nature walk and movement. Afternoon breathwork and closing ceremony. Group coaching to explore how to bring this work into your relationships, your work, and your daily life.

Ways to continue

Extending your time and the work

The retreat is complete in itself. For those who want to go further, there are two ways to continue.

Add-on days with Lisa
Stay on after the group retreat for one or more additional days of focused 1:1 work. These sessions are an opportunity to go deeper into what surfaced during the retreat, work with specific areas of your life or work, and leave with a clear path forward. Available to a limited number of participants on request.
Ongoing group coaching container
The retreat is designed to be a launching pad. For those who want continued support, there will be an optional group coaching container following the retreat, a held space to sustain the work, integrate the insights, and keep moving forward together. Details shared during the retreat.

Lisa de Narvaez is the founder of Blisspoint Breathwork and a Coach and Consciousness Teacher weaving together breathwork, coaching, somatic movement and human design. Based between London and Colombia, she works globally, both in person and online, with changemakers, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and creatives who are committed to living in alignment with their deepest truth.

Drawing on holistic approaches to the emotional, mental, energetic, and nervous system, Lisa helps people move beyond limiting beliefs, repressed emotions, and repetitive patterns to access the root causes of stress and suffering, transforming insight into embodied wisdom, wellbeing, and lasting fulfillment.
